All vacation rental reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire rental fee at the time the reservations are made, including any required tax. Full payment is required 45 days before the reserved period begins. (60 days for Holidays). If there is a security deposit required, it will be collected on the final payment. Security deposits are refunded within 60 days after your stay ends.
Cancellations are allowed, but refunds will be made ONLY if we can re-book the vacation rental property for the same dates and at the same rental rates. If the property remains vacant, there will be no refund.
All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued.
Washington Waterfront Vacation Rentals, located in Grapeview, Washington, will not be held responsible for bodily injury or property damage, loss, accidents, delays, incurred by any person arising out of any willful or negligent act or omission of any carrier, hotel, condo, villa, ground operator or other person who does not render any services or accommodations.
Washington Waterfront Vacation Rentals does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, missed carrier connections, substitute accommodations or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, change in fare and rates, cancellation or double booking reservations or tickets, sickness, strike, war, terrorism, quarantine, pilferage, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, labor problems, climactic aberrations, local laws, disease, acts of God or any other events beyond our control.
Because ownership of our accommodations sometimes changes within a reservation year we reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations within your reservation period if the situation arises.
