The Beach at Grapeview is a premier 1,800 sq. ft. vacation home on a 1/2-acre lot with 100 feet of no-bank waterfront on Case Inlet, next to Treasure Island and Stretch Island in Grapeview, Washington.


This newly remodeled home comfortably sleeps eight and features two bedrooms, two baths, a great room, a two-story wood-burning stone fireplace, two TVs with DVD/VCR, stereo system, modern kitchen, full laundry facility, two queen-size sleeper sofas and gorgeous views of the water from every room!

Outside, you'll find a 1,000 square-foot deck surrounded by a lush, green lawn. A fire pit overlooks the water with Adirondack chairs waiting for your relaxation and solitude. Guests are welcome to fire up the barbecue and spread their beach towels out on the lawn. A plentiful wood supply is kept on hand for a cozy evening by the fireplace or an intimate beach fire under the moonlight.

Beach rights are included with the property and guests are welcome to dig clams and shuck fresh oysters for dinner. After a swim or a day on the saltwater, you'll enjoy the convenience of a refreshing outdoor shower.

Low tide brings wonderful opportunities for beachcombing. This Grapeview shoreline is recognized for growing tasty, giant geoduck.
